Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities
Lunches
Lead Coordinator: Jessica Pires and Jackie McCutcheon
This is a fun opportunity to spend some time with your child at school, meet their friends and see them in their school environment.
Dad’s Club
Lead Coordinator: Scott Pabin
This committee coordinates events like the Father/Daughter Dance and Movie Nights. ALL of our school events rely on this awesome group to provide “muscle” for the setup/tear down.
Teacher Appreciation
Lead Coordinator: Amanda Freebairn
We want to show our appreciation for our teachers and all that they do…YEAR ROUND! Join us as we coordinate efforts to make our teachers feel special.
The primary tasks of this committee will be to organize lunches and/or breakfasts for our teachers throughout the year, arrange for teacher gifts and help coordinate Teacher Appreciation Week in May. There may be additional ways in which we can celebrate our awesome teachers and we welcome new ideas.

Social Events
Lead Coordinator: Misty Weigle
The social/special events committee helps plan the school’s events in keeping with the ethos and mission of our school. Currently, parent volunteers are recruited for each new event. We greatly appreciate all parents’ participation in planning and organizing these fun events, which also facilitate opportunities to get to know each other.
Chargers Nights
Lead Coordinator: Nicholas Cross
This committee helps plan the fun Chargers Night events. Your participation is the key at the Charger Nights, which are carefully coordinated with area restaurants and a portion of the proceeds are donated to our school.
